The Goal of the Prosecutor’s Office is to ensure safety for our community.
The responsibilities of the Prosecutor include prosecuting violent criminals, habitual offenders and drug dealers to put them in jail where they can no longer endanger our community.
If there is a complaint that you need to make to the prosecutor, you may contact their office at (812) 663-8505 or visit their office, which is located at 150 Courthouse Square, Suite 229 (in the courthouse).
